A skilled music video producer and creative director, Gowa Peshewa has extensive experience in the music industry, and has worked with numerous artists, producers, and composers on projects ranging from music videos to commercials. Gowa Peshewa lives in Nashville, where she is known as a performer who enjoys contributing to the community by uplifting small businesses and other local artists.

Ms. Peshewa’s achievements include her work as an associate music producer with T Bone Burnett to create the soundtrack for the indie movie Downtown Owl and her work with producer Rachael Moore on the George and Tammy television show. On the latter project, Ms. Peshewa was responsible for sourcing period-appropriate country songs for the show’s six episodes.

As a music video producer and creative director, Gowa Peshewa has worked with numerous artists, including Tanya Tucker, Yola, and Jesse Wilson. She produced the video for Tanya Tucker’s song Hard Luck, which went on to win an award for Best Country Music Video of 2019.

Aside from her work as a producer, Ms. Peshewa is also a karaoke host at Fran’s East Side, a dive bar in Nashville. She handles requests, manages the atmosphere, and runs sound using the soundboard and PA equipment. Ms. Peshewa is also a known performer in Nashville, and is working on releasing her first country music EP as a songwriter.
